Willow Winds Gardens Facility Rental

Willow Winds Gardens has outdoor garden event space and an indoor greenhouse space is also available after August 15th thru January. Both spaces are designed to accommodate 150 guests.

2014 Rental Fees-
Garden Space- $500
Greenhouse Space- $800
Use of Garden Space and Greenhouse Space- $900
(Greenhouse is available after 5pm Aug. 15th - Oct. 31st and limited availability Nov. 1st - Feb. 1st)

A $200 deposit is required at the time of reservation. The deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs prior to 6 months from your reserved date. $100 will be refunded if cancellation occurs more than 3 months prior to your reserved date. No refunds will be given past 3 months prior or because of inclement weather.

Rental Fees do not include tents, chairs, tables, or linens. Rental of these items can be provided by Willow Winds Gardens through local vendors. Basic Chair Rental at $ 1.50 each, table rental 5’ at $10.00 each. Willow Winds Gardens will set up and tables and chairs. Other sized tables and chairs available.

Linens can be rented for you or you may provide your own.

Tents, Arbors, Canopies, and Wedding Arches can be used in Garden Spaces.

Willow Winds Gardens has some tulle and white lights available and will provide some basic decorating, if desired.

There are 2 handicap accessible bathrooms available for use in the garden center building.

You may use a caterer of your choice. We can provide a list of local caterers upon request. There are no kitchen facilities for public use on site.

We have an alcohol policy in place. Beer, wine, ciders, hard lemonades and other malt based alcohols are permitted in single- use containers. Kegs, boxed wines or other bulk containers are allowed but must be attended at all times by someone bareing legal responsibility and of legal age. No alcohol will be consumed on Willow Winds Gardens property by anyone under the legal age. Valid identification may be requested of any person(s) who appear under the legal age at any time during your event. All guests must have a valid ID if they intend to consume alcohol, which may be requested at any time. Any beer, wine or other malt liquors sold on the premises must be distributed by a licensed provider. Any hard liquor served or sold must be provided by a caterer or licensed beverage provider and approved by Willow Winds Gardens.

DJ’s or small bands are allowed, but lighting, sound levels and electrical use must be approved by Willow Winds Gardens.

Photographers of your choice may be used. Gardens or other areas of the property other than the rental areas may be used for photographs.

Candles and lamps are allowed provided they are in a fire proof container with the sides higher than the wick, with the exception of approved tiki type torched used outdoors in garden areas.

This is preliminary information and subject to minor changes, a signed contract will be required as part of the rental agreement.
